INMOS T800s emulated by pahihu's t4, compiled to WebAssembly, one per Worker, in lockstep on one virtual clock (10 instructions per microsecond; link messages move at quantum barriers), so every run is deterministic. Drop a configured bootable with its .map and the fabric wires itself to match.
